The servers of the simy-beacons website are exclusively at OVH, in France, in datacenters in the North of France.
These servers contain the SIMY database necessary for the operation of the website. The information concerning the customer accounts is stored there. In order to allow each customer to find their order history, this data is only deleted if a request is made.
No, Simy does not sell its users' personal data. Some companies exchange customer files for commercial prospecting, this is not the case at Simy. All data collected remains at Simy Beacons and will never be given, rented or sold to a third company.

For credit card payments, Simy works with Crédit Agricole, which guarantees the security of these data. At no time does Simy have access to its customers' credit card numbers.
Ordering:
When a customer account is created on the simy-beacons.com website, all the information necessary to place an order is recorded in our systems: email, first and last name, postal address and telephone number in order to prepare and deliver the package.
This order data is transmitted to the various service providers who work to ensure that the parcel arrives at its destination: the logistics providers who prepares the parcel and the carrier who delivers it to the customer. These service providers have absolutely no right to use this data for anything other than processing orders and must delete this data from their IT systems after processing.
Newsletter:
When an user agrees, his or her email adress is used to send the Simy newletter. If a user no longer wishes to receive these emails, they can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the nesletter. The service provider we use for our newsletter is French.
Statistics:
In order to constantly imporve the user experience, Simy uses software and services operated by third party providers to better understand its business. As such, Simy provides these tools with data on the customer base, the browsing history of the site and information on the products ordered.
Most of thses tools are hosted in France or in Europe, but some have and activity in the United States. As a result, all this data manipulated for staistical purposes outside Europe is completely anonymised.
Advertising:
Like most online merchants, user visits are recorded to display advertising tailored to their browsing on other websites. this process does not manipulate any personal data and neither the advertising agency nor the third party sites displaying Simy's advertisements have access to customer data.

Social networks:
IF you using Facebook to create an account on Simy-beacons.com, only the email, lat name, first name and Facebook profile ID are collected. Simy does not have access to photos, friends list, publications,ect.

Your email address, name, first name and order reference are transmitted to our partner Avis-Vérifiés.com who will send you a satisfaction survey. These data are not transmitted to any other company and are only used to evaluate your shopping experience on Simy-Beacons.
Most of the data can be modified directly by the user from the customer area on our website.
A form for the right to be forgottend can be filled in if you no longer wish to be in the user database.
